The 2022 ‘Bernoota’ is a blend of Shiraz (60%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (40%)

The wine is fermented in concrete vats and aged in botti for three years

Knipser Kalkmergel Spätburgunder 2010 Size::1 Bottle The artwork on this bottleFine notes of ripe raspberries on the nose. Condensed on the palate, densely woven and strong. In the mouth, ripe raspberries and bright cherries with notes of raw beef and some smoked ham. In addition, delicate notes of cigar box and Espresso powder with a mineral finish. Good integration of acid and tannins provides a lengthy finish.
