ROTOR Q-Rings Qarbon Kettenblatt 53T, 4-Arm, BCD 110mm Number of teeth:53 Gear Compatibility: 1x11 and 1x12-speedROTOR's Q Rings chainrings, with an ovality of 10%, allow for a very efficient, round pedal stroke, as the "dead spot" of the pedaling motion can be optimally overcome. The Qarbon chainrings are reinforced with carbon and are therefore, according to ROTOR, approximately 8% lighter and 20% stiffer than the aluminum version. ROTOR advertises 9. 1% less lactate and 4. 1% more power with oval chainrings. "Increase your Cycling Performance Upgrade
