Balance Cleansing Oil | Oil Cleanser + Makeup Remover for Oily Skin beef Store in coolBalance Cleansing Oil dissolves makeup, sunscreen and the general residue of a day, then turns into a light, milky emulsion the second it meets water and rinses away completely.
